3.If your hotel is located within Chengdu’s Third Ring Road, we provide complimentary hotel pick-up and drop-off service. If the distance is farther, the transportation service may incur an additional fee. Please include your hotel details in the booking form.
4.Notify us of any food allergies in advance.
Vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free meals can be arranged. If requesting vegetarian options, please specify if you consume eggs, dairy products, or fish.
Disclose any food dislikes (e.g., chili peppers, onions, mushrooms, cilantro, pork, chicken, fish, lamb, beef, or other ingredients).
5.Pre-Trip Changes: No service fees will be charged for modifications made prior to the trip commencement. However, any costs incurred due to reservation changes (e.g., hotel/transportation adjustments) will be your responsibility.
Mid-Trip Changes: Additional costs arising from itinerary modifications during the trip will be added to the total balance. Unused services are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
