Welcome to the Roof of the World! Upon landing in Lhasa, our warm guide will greet you with a pure white khata and transfer you to the hotel. Please take a full day to rest quietly and let your body gently adapt to the plateau altitude, laying a comfortable foundation for the sacred journey ahead.

Today you will step into the soul of Tibetan Buddhism. Visit the grand Drepung Monastery in the morning and watch the lively scripture debate at Sera Monastery in the afternoon. Every scene is full of faith and wisdom, making you deeply feel the charm of Tibetan culture.

Today you will meet the most glorious symbols of Lhasa. Visit the magnificent Potala Palace, walk around the sacred Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Street, and taste sweet tea in a local teahouse. Every moment is wrapped in holiness and warmth.

Leaving Lhasa, you will embrace the breathtaking Yamdrok Lake like a blue jade and the spectacular Karola Glacier like a frozen waterfall. The warm farmhouse lunch lets you feel the simplicity of Tibetan people, making the journey full of warmth and surprise.

Successfully finish the sacred Kora! Then you will come to the holy Lake Manasarovar. The clear holy water washes away all fatigue, letting you enjoy the peace and beauty of the sacred place.

- Passport & Visa: Passport valid for at least 6 months; travelers from Nepal must apply for 30-day L visa in Kathmandu (existing visas will be revoked).
- Permit Deadline: Submit documents 10 working days before departure; 15–20 working days for Mt. Kailash.
- Altitude Sickness: Prepare Rhodiola in advance; avoid colds before entering Xizang; no smoking/drinking in first days.
- Health Restrictions: Not recommended for people with severe hypertension, heart disease, asthma, or pregnant women.
- Group Travel: Must travel with the group; no free separate activities.

Yes. We recommend $7 USD per person per day for the guide and driver (shared).
Most people feel mild discomfort above 3,500m. We provide on-board medical oxygen and altitude sickness insurance.
