Itinerary
Our staff will warmly welcome you at Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport exit, helping you onto a pre – arranged vehicle to your downtown hotel. After checking in, rest in your room or explore nearby areas to experience Chengdu’s leisurely vibe and start your Sichuan adventure.
After breakfast, drive to Dujiangyan Panda Park (1.5 – hour ride). Watch giant pandas eat and play, gaining insights into their conservation. Then, head to Jiuzhaigou (6 – 7 – hour drive) and check into a hotel near the scenic area. Take short breaks at service areas to enjoy western Sichuan’s scenery.
Spend a full day exploring Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. Its lakes, waterfalls and snow – capped peaks are all stunning. The Five – Color Pool has crystal – clear, colorful water; Nuorilang Falls is grand and cascading; Shuzheng Cluster of Lakes is layered and picturesque. A combination of eco – friendly shuttle buses and walking ensures easy access to every spot. Take photos to capture nature’s beauty and wander in this fairyland.
After breakfast, visit Huanglong Scenic Area (a 2.5 – hour drive). Walk along pathways to see colorful pools, towering snow – capped mountains, majestic valleys and lush forests. After exploring, head to Maoxian (1.5 – hour drive) and check into a hotel. Stay hydrated and walk slowly to acclimate to the high altitude.
After breakfast, travel to Shuangqiaogou Scenic Area of Four Girls Mountain (3 – hour drive). In the valley, snow – capped peaks, forests, meadows and lakes create a breathtaking painting. Hike through the forest for thrill or take a shuttle bus to enjoy the views. In the evening, return to Chengdu (3 – 4 – hour drive), check into your hotel and explore local delicacies at Jinli Ancient Street, experiencing the lively nightlife.
After breakfast at the hotel, your driver will send you to Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport or the train station according to your schedule. Our staff will assist with check – in procedures to ensure a smooth journey home.
